"A Russian military commander, politician and statesman. Guruliov was nominated in the party list for Regional Group no 1 (Trans-Baikal Area, Kamchatka Area, Primorskiy Area, Khabarovsk Area, Amur Region, Magadan Region, Sakhalin Region, Jewish Autonomous Region, Chukotka Autonomous Area).
On September 28 2021, he was removed from the position of the deputy Head of the Trans-Baikal Area Government due to transfer to the State Duma as its member."
